Frankhuai provides strict warranty, return refund and cancellation and exchange policies to protect your online shopping.

A. Warranty

The warranty of all our products is one year after the order is delivered successfully. If you any questions about the product quality after receiving the goods, please feel free to contact us: info@frankhumotor.com!

B. Return

a. If you are not satisfied with the products you bought or don’t want them any more, the products can be returned in one unused or resalable condition within 30 days after delivery. A 15% restocked cost will be deducted from the return refund. Please note the shipping costs are non-refundable. And also any missed items will be deducted from the refund. The returned shipping cost will be paid by the returner.

b. If you meet the defected products or received the wrong items, at first please keep the original package and then feel free to contact us @ info@frankhumotor.com with photos or videos of the defected or wrong product, we will arrange the replacements or return refund within 1-2 working days after receiving your  feedback.

Considering the local customs policies, please kindly contact us before returning the products. The return address will be advised after we confirm the return details about the goods conditions, pacakge weight & dimensions, and goods values, etc.

C. Refund

If you need a return refund about the order, please feel free to contact us on time and we will process the refund via two methods:

A. The money will be refunded to your PayPal account if you finish the payment through PayPal within 24 hours;

B. The money will be returned to your bank account if you finish the payment through bank transfer within 24 hours.

Please note you could receive the money via bank transfer within 2 – 6 weeks, which depends on the bank policies.

D. Cancellation

The order only can be cancelled before shipment so please feel free to contact us on time if you want to cancel your order.

For the cusomized items, the order only can be cancalled before we start the production.

E.  Exchange

If you want to exchange a different items with the current order you received, please feel free to contact us at first. We will advise you of the differences within 1-2 working days and then give you the return address. After we receive the teturned items, we will arrange the exchange the items. Please note the customer is required to pay the returned and resent shipping costs.
