1. Where is the order shipped from?
All orders will be shipped from China.

2. How to ship products?
The order will be shipped by international expresses such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and you can also give us your own express account to collect the order from our warehouse instead. The economy shipment ways by sea or train are also available. Please feel free to ask us what is the fastest or lowest shipping way.

3. How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your Email address within 1-2 working days after your package is collected by the courier and please check your in-box or spam folder. You can track the package from the express company website. If the payment is finished by PayPal, the tracking number could be also shared in PayPal.

4. How long the shipping time will be?
All goods in stock will be shipped out from our warehouse in China within 2 working days and the below are the general shipping days from different express companies.
UPS EXPRESS 3-8 business days to North America and Europe; 3-5 business days to Asia.
DHL EXPRESS 2-4 business days to North America, Europe, Asia; 3-7 business days to South America, Oceania, Africa.
FedEx EXPRESS 3-8 business days to North America and Europe, 3-5 business days to Asia.
Please note the shipping time could be also affected by the local customs clearances and the shipping company will contact you to process the clearance issue on time.
About the shipping time of backorder, this order will be shipped after the production is finished so please feel free to contact us to confirm the shipping time for backorder order.

5. How much the shipping cost could be?
The shipping cost depends on the package weight and dimensions and the consignee’s address and you can get the quote for shipping cost after adding the goods to the cart and then checkout to see the detailed shipping costs. The below is an example that gets a shipping quote for our online store.

6. How much the customs duty/tax will be charged based shipping policy?
The customs tax or duty could be charged based on the local customs policies and the express company such as DHL, FedEx, UPS will contact you to process the customs clearance and tariffs.
